I get quite flustered and anxious if I feel too pressured into doing something that I don't feel comfortable with, but you were patient and let me decide in my own time what I wanted to keep and then we discussed what we could do with things that I no longer needed.

I had no idea how to start decluttering three large wardrobes that were packed full of clothes since I rarely threw anything away, I just kept adding to them. I didn’t know exactly what I had or where things were.
When Pauline arrived, we had a brief consultation to confirm what I was hoping to get from the session and then it was straight to organising and de-cluttering my wardrobes, shoes and accessories. She never pressurised me into throwing anything away, never criticised my reasons for keeping an item and remained supportive throughout the session.
After 3 hours a miracle had taken place. My clothes were now sorted into categories and seasons and hanging in 2 wardrobes with a few ‘not sure’ items in the third. Accessories and shoes had also been sorted out, leaving me with three large bags of items for the charity shop. I now know where to find items and what I have to wear.

I’m so pleased with what we achieved
I’m so pleased with what we achieved yesterday. That bedroom was one of those areas that I’d been putting off as it just seemed too big a task. With Pauline there it made it so much easier to decide what to do with all the items.
