Data is stored in a locked desk drawer, and on a secure computer, and can only be accessed by the business owner.
6. How long is your data stored for?
If you have given consent for us to use before and after images that show the results of us working together, your photos may be displayed on our website or social channels indefinitely and you may be tagged in social media posts containing your photo/s (if you give us permission to do so).
Any personal information shared with us for the purpose of arranging a service or delivering a project will be kept for up to one year after the end of the project, however, your name, address and email address will remain on invoice records for the purpose of tax for the length of time required by HMRC and in emails sent between us.
If you’ve subscribed to our mailing list, your details will remain on our system indefinitely, or until you unsubscribe.
When submitting an enquiry via our website, your details are sent straight to the business owner, Pauline Webb, via email. Your details will be logged in a spreadsheet in order for us to keep track of leads and project.
